Proper Grading & Compaction Matter
Simply dumping material on the ground is not the same as building a driveway. The existing surface, grade, drainage and material depth all affect how the driveway performs. We use grading equipment to shape the driving area and a roller or other appropriate compaction equipment to tighten the installed material. Where site conditions allow, the driveway is shaped to help shed water instead of holding it on the driving surface.

They can provide a durable, compactable surface without installing a conventional hot-mix asphalt driveway.
