From Existing Ground to a Buildable Pad
Pad work starts with the existing site. Depending on the project, that can include clearing or stripping unsuitable surface material, establishing the pad footprint, placing fill, building elevation and grading the finished surface. C & S Grading can coordinate the dirt-work portion with land clearing, excavation and site grading so the work flows from site preparation into the pad build.
We provide the equipment and site-work service for fill placement and pad construction. If imported material is required, the amount and trucking needs depend on the pad dimensions, required elevation, existing grades and project specifications.
